Your SWATCH® watch is guaranteed by SWATCH Ltd. for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms of the guarantee. The SWATCH international warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that may appear from the time of purchase of the SWATCH watch. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is fully and accurately completed, filled in and stamped by one of SWATCH’s official partners.
During the warranty period, by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will be entitled to repair your watch free of charge. In case repairs are not possible or if you have purchased a SWATCH watch, which is hermetically sealed, SWATCH Ltd guarantees its replacement with a new watch.
The watch warranty does not include:
- Any damage to the parts of the watch resulting from abnormal / abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (shocks, breakage, crystal breakage, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-compliance with the instructions for use suggested by SWATCH Ltd.
- Indirect or consequential damages of any kind arising from e.g. use, malfunction, defects or inaccuracy of the SWATCH watch
- SWATCH watch handled by unauthorized persons (e.g. to replace battery, services or repairs)
- Battery life
